Yeah. I know the service center is decided by the state you live in, so not people must be filing in the states designated for Nebraska. I know I read something that they sometimes transfer applications if there is an overload, but I don't know what determines that. I've decided to not stress about something I can't control or else I'll go crazy lol

I’m the opposite.  When something is unknown or out of my control, that’s when I get stressed.  That’s why I feel bad for lobsters.  They never know when they’re  going to get picked from that tank.  Everyday is a struggle thinking about it.

I'm the same way... I'm a big worrier, but I was making myself sick with it so I had to change and have faith that everything will go as it is supposed to. With patience comes great reward 😊

I don't believe the Service Centers are based on the State where a person lives. Me and my other two friends filed around the same time. We are both USA citizens and our husbands are Dominican. I went to Potomac and my petition was approved in 6 months. One of my friends went to Texas, the other went to Nebraska. My two friends haven't gotten their petitions approved yet and it will be a year for them this coming May since then got the NOA1. We both live in the Washington, DC area. So not sure how they decide to assign cases to centers.

They are all covering their Back, Nothing much buddy... when we call CSR we get just generic answer.. "You will get your response within few week".. Honestly!! THEY DONT CARE.. and the most WORST part is we can do Nothing about it other then Just Sit, be Patient  and WAIT, WAIT and WAIT and WAIT..
