I am still here with no answers, in the dark.  Watched 99% of the January 2018 filers be approved and already in the US.   Everything I get is generic when it comes to answers.   Attorney really makes me feel I am a pain when I reach out every 3 months or so.    I guess to him it is routine, but my husband and I in the dark and know nothing or why we were left behind.   First I was told it would take about 12 months for him to arrive, then anywhere from 12-15 but less than 15, now he agrees with what I told him I heard, 18-24 months.     My husband is from Palestine but no band countries, so why is it taking so long?????   SO SAD, HOPELESS

We got our NOA2!!!

the status on the Uscis website still hasn’t been changed though, but my husband received the I-797 approval notice in the mail today, and notice was dated 12/13 which was last week! So hang in there guys, especially those who feel their notice should be in by now - check your mail as well as the site . (Our NOA1 date was 4/4)

I am still here.  January 12, 2019 will be 1 year.   No request for more evidence, no nothing.  Just the automated emails each 2 weeks.  States last time they touched our case was 09/20/2018.

I think I am the "sole" January 2018 filer for my husband.

Does anyone have thoughts on what is going on?    I find it so strange all the attorneys told me he will be here in 12 months, then it went to 15, last thing my attorney said in November was 18, but rumor has it 24 months for Palestine????

We feel hopeless and defeated.  Bad enough the time difference stops us from talking so much and we both have more than 1 job.  However, our LOVE is so still alive....we cry together.
