I think that is because USC petitions for spouse cannot go to CSC, as CSC only processes spouse petitions of LPRs and not USCs. In that way yes we are lucky in that our petitions were not sent to USC, but that's only because they couldn't be. While it could have been worse if us here who are citizens weren't citizens, it's still hard to be grateful when we must wait still for a year or more (as Nebraska lengthens their processing times more and more all the time, 9-11 months when I started and now it is 11.5-15 months)  for petition adjudication while Texas and Potomac are adjudicating within 3-4 months for Potomac and 7-9 months for Texas. When out of all the options of service centers for USC spouse petitions to get sent to, being sent to the slowest one possible just still doesn't feel nice

Yeah I feel you. I have submitted around 5-6 I-130 petitions with USCIS for the past 10 years and everytime they end up at the slowest service center for some reason. One thing I learned that helps with the long wait time is to forget about the petition and focus on some other academic or career advancement projects like earning a certification or making lots of short/long distance travels.

My case number doesn't match the 3 numbers after LIN189. Augest CASES are LIN189057 but mine LIN189065. is that normal or my case much behind these cases? Thanks

The list was approvals only and I did say it was not exhaustive.

There is a gap in numbers because not all case numbers are i-130s. There are other cases in the middle as well. Some of them having faster processing times and some of them slower. Don't worry about your number not being on the list too much. Just know that they have started looking at August 2018.

The uscis website should be your source of truth (even they are behind on updating their stuff). Hold tight, you're close.

Hey,

have you also documented the September cases? Just wondering if they look like expedits/results of 129fs, or if they've randomly started to already work on September as well.

Thank you!

I see 16 approvals for September. Not sure why they got approved early. No way to tell.

Also, the received dates I have aren't accurate for all cases. For a case which had a status other than received when I first saw it the the received date is just an estimate based on the case before it (which has a received date).

Prioritizing cases of USC first priority relatives over others makes sense as everyone else will have to wait at NVC anyway. Not saying it's fair, however, the wait at NVC makes it so spouses of LPR will wait even if their i-130s are processed quickly.

This data does not include i-129fs. This if for i-130s only. Sorry.

September 09/26/18 might be around 1890658021.

I don't see a lot of activity for September 2018. However, this is for i-130s. I-129s might have different processing times.

My case was received Sep 25 and still waiting (18906576..)

August 2018 has more than 8000 i-130s. These are just the approvals that I know of. There are a bunch of other statuses and cases which just say received.

Your case would not be here if it does not say approved on the egov.uscis page. Or I just missed it 😋

All, this means is they're working on August. 356 is a big number compared to the 16 approvals I was able to find for September 2018.

8000 I 130 that's a huge number let's pray that we all get our approvals soon

The zip file (not allowed to upload excel) contains an excel file which has known lin case numbers.

Spent a lot of time (over the last month) getting data from https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do

All cases in the sequence are not i130s. I made a note when I found one so I could look at it later for changes.

I didn't do this manually though. That would have taken forever.

Hello everyone, I need some help before i lose my mind, please.

I see that the pd of current adjudicated processes is first half of august.

My pd is December 24.

Should i have hopes on getting my noa2 in december/january or should i expected 2 months of work per month of application, that being said (5 months * 2 = 10 months), expect by May 19?

I just need a horizon to look on...

I think it's likely that it will take longer, but there's no way to know. When I applied cases were taking some 7-8 months in Nebraska. That time only got longer. I've been waiting for 376 days and still haven't had an update. Who knows, maybe it won't get worse from now on?
