January 12, 2018 Filer and still waiting.   I filed an inquiry because my case went beyond normal processing times.  The response I got was an apology and said additional reviews needed to be done.

Initially, 4 months back our attorney said the first step was running about 7 months, the secondary step 5-7 months, so we got our hopes up that my husband would be with me no later than 14 months, so I ran out and got us a beautiful 2 bedroom apt which it appears I will be spending the lease mostly alone.

Now my attorney said it looks like 18 months.   Not having any answers as too why or how much longer is a killer.  They say because he was raised in the Muslim Faith this causes delays.  Palestine is not a country on Trump's Ban list.  SO I DON'T KNOW WHY OR WHAT IS GOING ON.

Our NOA1 was the 09 March 2018, the USCIS website has just updated today saying NOA2 was approved on the 14th November 2018. So it was roughly week’s delay between approval and the website updating for us just as an FYI.

Happy 1 year Anniversary to My Husband and I!!!    However, very sad as I was following timelines and was told he would be with me anywhere from 12-15 months at the longest, but closer to 12.     Now it is looking like 18-24 months.  No request for more information, nothing.....

01/12/2018.....and coming up on 01/12/2019....May we be blessed with an approval this month.

Well in the January 2018 filers, I was the only one left on the site.  I now follow April 2018 filers, because most of the March 2018 filers being approved by high volumes.....I am just in the dark .

April filing means "sent in I130 date"? or "receive NOA1 date"?  I sent my I130 late April and go my NOA1 in May.
