I feel sorry for those who got rfe's.  They waited so long to end up being delayed another 2 months.

Sorry ☘️🙏🏼

My  old uscis  account I mean the one that says USCIS case status  when I logged in shows last update of 6 th  Feb 2019 any there is nothing like this  on the new account  the one that uses two step verification

What does this mean ?

Does it mean they uploaded the information in their system  on this day?

Are there any other family members or friends you can ask?

I agree. And who he appointed to be head director of all USCIS, is someone who couldn't care less about people like us and just wants to throw $200mil of our paid fees to ICE...

I've been away from visa journey, as I'm sending out a bunch of emails.. speaking to folks..

Wow this process has me very very humble. I have to beg. None yet. I'm praying and hoping

My dad is retired and I have to young siblings. And my mom doesn't work.

My stuff isn't sent yet to nvc. But I advice if you need a joint sponsor, please search from now..

„Soft updates“ (ich which don’t result in NOA, RFE, whatever) can pretty much mean anything — internal updates, re-assignments, cases moved from one directory to another, digital updates/digitizing info fron paperwork — I researched this back in Feb (had a soft update back then as well), and there seems to be no set definition/info on what all it can be

"One day, the plane ticket will be one way."

The date changed to 15 Months. 🤬🤬🤬

Trump is responsible! Slowly wants to give legal immigration a hard time.

This is the result of his presidency.  All of us who applied around this time is totally feeling the results.

Please don't win next year.

It’s just out of control. Statistics show this is all the trump administrations doing. Next year is time to vote out this racist administration that treats the US constitution like toilet paper!! We need to take our country and democracy back!! Admins on this board love to squash the real facts and figures, delete comments, manipulate posts, but historical data on USCIS and AILA show that this administration is trying to slow down and stop “legal Administration” let’s see if they leave my comment right here. 😌

💯 agree!

Vote out this racist administration!!! Next year election!

Did we see any activity today? We just have to be positive and it’s hard I know. Each day feels more and more frustrating.

They are working through into August..I saw an RFE for August 19th on the case tracker..
