It’s just out of control. Statistics show this is all the trump administrations doing. Next year is time to vote out this racist administration that treats the US constitution like toilet paper!! We need to take our country and democracy back!! Admins on this board love to squash the real facts and figures, delete comments, manipulate posts, but historical data on USCIS and AILA show that this administration is trying to slow down and stop “legal Administration” let’s see if they leave my comment right here. 😌

Totally agree..take for example Trump's wish for his 2020 campaign to replace the current family-based visas with a "point system" immigration (which regardless of the likelihood of it, it shows a lot about how much he cares about people like us, though it's been clear from the beginning he does not care about immigrants at all unless it's deporting them) and appointing Ken Cuccinelli (who clearly does NOT care about the the department he runs at all and is much more invested in putting USCIS resources and staff towards ICE...)

I was starting to think I would hear something before my petition's birthday, but yesterday me and my husband decided he is coming to brazil for a month in mid september, and seeing another delay AGAIN only assures me we made the right decision, this is just straight out unacceptable, how can they think this is even remotely ok? And the worst thing as that being  I am not a citizen, I am afraid of speaking out what I think, I am pretty sure they are looking at our social medias more than we think they are, this is all so stressing, I was hoping to leave brazil in january, everyone at my job knows that, my boss has made the arrangements already, I will probably be let go if I am still here by january and I can't even blame then, because last year when I filed the petition, I told them I would be leaving this august. The thought that by january we can still be in nebraska terrifies me

We paid the same amount as everyone else who isn't in nebraska, why do we have to wait twice as long? that pisses me off

Did we see any activity today? We just have to be positive and it’s hard I know. Each day feels more and more frustrating.

I saw one approval today, july 2nd

I was actually expecting that. According to to the data from case tracker there are overwhelmingly more I-130 petitions in August than compared to July.

honestly, me too, but I was trying to stay hopeful, the number of august filers is HUGE

The processing times for NSC changed again? What the hell is going on!

From 11 to 14.5 its now moved to 11 to 15 months. Oh god what's happening . this is the 2nd time I guess they moved it backwards.

Did any one try for a tier 2 officer or case outside normal processing times?

I  am not able to get through any one of them

Seriously.... I think i will pull the trigger on the K3. I mean at this point why not. The 3 or 4 cases before mine were transferred to another service center and were approved/rejected earlier this month.

I started taking screen grabs of processing times at Nebraska after the fist time i noticed a change. USC filing for spouse:

4/16/19 - 7.5 to 10 Months, Priority date 7/3/18

5/27/19 - 10 to 13 Months, Priority date 5/4/18

6/28/19 - 11 to 14.5 Months, Priority date 5/4/18

7/30/19 - 11.5 to 15 Months, Priority date 5/13/18

Did they just find a box of May cases they forgot to do?

Don't  know what's happening my priority date is Aug 24 still waiting  .praying for everyone's approval to be  soon have no option other than this.

Did any one fill outside normal processing times or talk to an officer . I am not able to do any of them.

Weird ..usually we can 🧐

You can only edit your post for a few minutes after posting, after that they don't let you edit them :( And never do they let you delete the post, unless you ask a mod to do it for you like GAMAJM said. I don't get why

They don't want people that get embarrassed to delete an entire thread when it has useful advice for others. Most people don't use the search function anyways
