They are processing August petitions. It’s taking just over 11.5 months avg. some a year.

Thank you. That means we still have to wait for another 4 more months until NSC starts working on November, 2018 cases.

Do you know when nvc received your case vs receiving a number? Did you ever call them?

We received an email with both at the same time (nvc received + case number), we never called them.

Is anyone else having issues logging into the new USCIS website, the one with 2 step verification? I am able to login, but when I click on myUSCIS the webpage doesn’t load.

Also, has anyone checked the app for August approvals or RFEs today?

Yes I am too !!

I can't find a joint sponsor.  my father is retired gets retirement but I have two young siblings.

This process is really inhuman 🤬
I'm not voting Trump. Neither my family.  Sorry. He is ridiculous.  He know what he did 🤬 he is just trying to make immigrants difficult to come in.

Are there any other family members or friends you can ask?

I agree. And who he appointed to be head director of all USCIS, is someone who couldn't care less about people like us and just wants to throw $200mil of our paid fees to ICE...

The processing times for NAC changed again? What the hell is going on!

Seriously.... I think i will pull the trigger on the K3. I mean at this point why not. The 3 or 4 cases before mine were transferred to another service center and were approved/rejected earlier this month.

I started taking screen grabs of processing times at Nebraska after the fist time i noticed a change. USC filing for spouse:

4/16/19 - 7.5 to 10 Months, Priority date 7/3/18

5/27/19 - 10 to 13 Months, Priority date 5/4/18

6/28/19 - 11 to 14.5 Months, Priority date 5/4/18

7/30/19 - 11.5 to 15 Months, Priority date 5/13/18

Did they just find a box of May cases they forgot to do?
