My PD is June 25... and I received the same response for my 3RD inquiry. They told me to call back 30 days from this response which will be Thursday... I’m not holding my breath for any new/good news.

It looks like we are in the same situation, I don’t understand why its taking so long.

I’ve called 3x a week for the last 6 weeks as my case was finally in review as of June 6th. I called last week and had a very rude representative and just felt defeated..

I have spoken with my congressman and sent a letter to him but he takes a month to get a response from...

Tempted to just move back to London to be with my husband.. I can’t handle the distance any longer

Aww.. I also had a rude representative

I'm thinking of sending an inquiry

what number you searched with?

I believe I started my search with case number ending in -2500 and count 500, did up to ending in -6000 and count 500. Saw some REFs for August 1st, and a few for August 2nd, dated yesterday.

Ah ok...did you call them? They are well into July.

I'm trying to avoid calling them actually.  Because I'm afraid they'll renew my waiting time.

They are still working July.

You're taking long..  it's in review now? Or still that extra review remember you sent a screenshot?

I had a representative that was rude. She had a Spanish accent.

I hope they're not busy trying to approve those who applied k3 with i130 and forget about us...

Any updates on the case tracker since I can’t download the app. I heard they just started processing August.

I posted yesterday that there’d been August 1st and 2nd RFE-Updates on the 15th. :) I’ll run some more numbers after work tonight.
