Well I think I am the last of the January that has not been approved.   I looked ahead on many different sites and people from even March 2018 are being approved.  My attorney said the countries our spouse come from can make the process longer.    I am really depressed as I was praying I would have him with me by Christmas.

Try to call the uscis to update ur case

I did, they said I need to wait longer, it just doesnt seem fair that everyone else is to the next stage.  I have an attorney, and he said I need to be patient.   Where he is from there is extra security checks they say.  My husband is not a criminal, so maybe they check all the family....who knows

well, I married 11/26/2017, filed 01/12/2018.  I am a born US citizen and my husband resides in Palestine.  Seem all the people I use to write with on all the sites and filed in January have all been approved and many already traveled to the US.........but we still sadly, anxiously are still waiting for the response.  I have an attorney, we turned in all papers requested, all photos, our photos together while I traveled to his country and our ceremony.   Many letters from my family and friends......but nothing yet.
