Yes I have called but they only tell me to keep waiting last week I got an email and said “records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time”. I’v been waiting for so long now!

Do they tell you this without sending a service request?

My PD is June 25... and I received the same response for my 3RD inquiry. They told me to call back 30 days from this response which will be Thursday... I’m not holding my breath for any new/good news.

I am sorry it is taking so long for you. :( I would call back tho as this is the only way to keep pushing. Did you contact your local senator?

I’ve called 3x a week for the last 6 weeks as my case was finally in review as of June 6th. I called last week and had a very rude representative and just felt defeated..

I have spoken with my congressman and sent a letter to him but he takes a month to get a response from...

Tempted to just move back to London to be with my husband.. I can’t handle the distance any longer

I certainly understand the pain. I have been doing long distance for over 4 years now, but I know that it's just a matter of time. Each day we get closer to being together, so that is the only way I am able to get through it all. I am also from England and my family immigrated here in the 80's. If you can be with him until the process is over that would be a great option. I am sure you will hear any day now :)
