IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I am still waiting on my NOA2 after 320 days... 

you filed for your french husband, I am French too with some questions with no answers yet lol 

could  you please when you are able to schedule the appointment in Paris telling me how long it takes for them to contact you after they received  your package and how long you have to wait for the appointment ? Will be nice of you :)

When I filed I knew the timeline, (and able to roughly figure out the whole length of time to interview) with being under the jurisdiction of the TSC. Then only to receive a NOA1 informing me that the NSC will deal with my case... Frustrating!

with such a backglog in NSC I don’t understand why they transfer your case in that Sc did you have some explanations on why?

It’s a complete mystery .. 

i can just tell you good luck and pray for them to finally understand that there is a problem and transfer cases to other centers instead of accepting some from other SC

Thanks... The only upside will be an IR/1 at interview.

Hello Everyone,

 

i am new here but but I have reading the forum for a while now. I filed on August 22 2018 NSC and still waiting. I read up on the K3 Visa and it makes sense. I will be applying for the K3 Visa. It’s a no brained IMO. Wish I knew of it earlier!

we filed I-129F few days ago . We will see 🤷‍♀️

We wish we knew it earlier soon maybe we will be in US already !

@Saci Singh if I can give you one advise it’s to do it ! You have nothing to loose . 

Even if we are close to the 1st year of process we know that they increase constantly so if we can have a better chance to have an answer in a more « decent «  time why not 😉
