I just called.. one Spanish lady picked up.. then I asked can I speak to a tier 2 officer, she replied back rudely, For WHAT? 😭

That’s why I let my husband calling them and I don’t try to talk to them anymore ..

no more patience with agents talking rudely to us and make us think that We are completely dumb and that they have better to do than assist us ..

Seriously just sad.. Can never understand why people with such poor customer service and people skills are given jobs where they interact with customers (as we are since we are all paying for this service) with such rude responses and tones. Especially when we are paying them hundreds of dollars for a GOVERNMENT service that takes ridiculously forever as it is!! Just awful how people treat other humans especially when they are supposed to be providing a service

They do have better to do: process the petitions! But they don't do it anyway .

They can process petitions and stay nice it’s not Forbidden ...

We pay for this « (no) service »

it's no fun for us to have to call them all the time to try to get an answer after almost 1 year without news except for the perpetual postponement of deadlines ..

its tiring to hit walls all the times ..

Seriously, they think we can't fully understand the language, but ask any of these people how many languages do they speak... I let all the talking to my husband, but honestly I am way better at getting answers than he is, in general, so it's a little frustrating not to be heard at all

You are right .

I let him talk  and then «  what about this or that » ?

Yes it’s frustrating . This whole process is a permanent frustration
