I think they do open cases inorder they received them. Some will see some action quick if some supporting documents are missing as they will send an RFE. For the cases that don't need RFE, they start background checks and this will take different times depending on several factors so they are not approved (or denied) in the same order. they surely process several cases at once so one they opened earlier could still be waiting for background checks to come back while one openes later is already approved. Globally it's not ramdom, all the cases that see some action now are mostly end of June - early July.

Ok. It's really confusing how they process or work on applications

I saw they did some rfe's July 20th filers

On July 5th

This is weird. I'm over Calgary Canada 37000 feet and I'm able to access the website without paying the premium internet. And it's just this website everything else bounces the page to pay.

01/28/2019 - Mailed Express Mail USCIS Lockbox Phoenix

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox
02/04/2019 - Receipt Notice Via Text Message assigned to Nebraska Service Center

I would say it's a good sign,  you probably won't get an RFE. Now they are probably doing the background checks on your case.

For our story, look at my profile.
