Anything is possible, but if you're in order somewhat, you'll probably still be another 1-2 months there are still lots of June and July filers not approved.

You'll never get ANY useful info out of the ones answering the phones. If you don't find a way to talk to a tier 2 person, you're wasting your time. Tell your mom to just be you. They won't know a difference. If they have a problem, just tell her to tell them you're using one of those online US # things so you can afford to make the call. Or look into using one of them and call yourself.

This folks only just read what is on the website...

Hmm My mom answered that officer who gave call back. But she said she is mom

But now it'll be difficult to speak to an officer since they pushed back the times, one of the representatives wouldn't give us to an officer.  One man yesterday was like your case is within normal processing time and I cannot give you to an officer..

I have faith though.. 🤞🏼🙏🏼 but I wonder if there are any more July 13ths on here....

Or could it be I did with a lawyer this stuff. Hmm

What address did you used for the NOA2? USA? Maybe your mum will get the letter soon :)

I gave my Florida address, I keep asking my mom to check the mails, but nothing.

CR1

pd/Noa 1 2/1/19

noa2 6/27/19

country: UK

not updated online yet

expedited on medical grounds via a very thorough congressman’s office aide

(congressman Yoho in Florida)

to be honest didn’t expect approval as they removed “emergency” 12/5 as an expedite criteria but we did submit evidence via the congressman’s aide who sent it directly to the USCIS congressional liason.

its always worth a try

You can be together but not in a comfortable situation and want to move to the US with your spouse ASAP. Even in a comfortable situation you could want that. In our case we are together and I have a job, no financial or health urgency but we have two young kids so we don't want to be separated.  Since we have decided to move to the US, I don't want to have to wait for 18 months to be able to do it. We would have liked to be able to move ASAP so my wife could look for a job there (since that's one of the main reason we are moving and trying to get one from here seems difficult). Luckily another option presented to us.

I completely understand but in your situation wouldn't DCF be more indicated then K3 route?

July 13 here as well. Still waiting. I called last week and tier 2 office told me that there has been couple of actions on my file since June 17th and last action was on the same day (1 hour ago before the call). So, may be someone is working on it. Hopefully, we hear something soon.

In my case, DCF is not available and it’s being phased out everywhere, from what I understand.

DCF is not possible in Paris except for exceptional circumstances. My wife started looking for a job in the hope that we would qualify if she got an offer but we realized that it wouldn't be easy for her to get one from here.

For our story, look at my profile.
