Yeah also someone with PD: July 11th got approval on the 18th.

What options or number gets you to a human at USCIS? I called the 800 someone posted on here and nothing I push takes me to a person.

I think it was 800-375-5283 I called.

Yes, we are July 10th filers. We've qualified to send 2 of those already.

Yes, we can send another one within a months time. I sent one may, and sent another one June.

It allowed.

Case should be under review by officer 🤞🏼🙏🏼 but how long that takes, not sure 😐

Sooooooooooo Approval for July 9th in the house!! IR5 mother, Received via letter today, website and App still not updated, says approval was 6/20 so last Thursday!! I’m very happy, but feel the pain of those still waiting, it will happen for you too, Best of luck fellow Nevada sufferers x

After you enter ur receipt #....the auto system tells u the status of ur case, once hes done hit 3 that show take u to someone

Hello everyone. 

I would like to update you on my case. My husband is USC, I am French. 

Wedding : 02/13/2018 in US 

I130 PD - 03/29/2019 - nebraska

I129f PD - 05/20/2019 - nebraska

why we filed K3 - it is free and we noticed that when both were filed I130 had tendency tI be approved faster. And both path were good for us.

06/21/2019 - our I129f petition got denied - reason stipulated in official letter : I130 got approved so you don’t longer need this one. We didn’t receive the official I130 approval yet but if this is truth we got approved in Nebraska in less then 3 months.

We didn’t file for expedite, my husband is not military, we didn’t contact congress people. I129f is the only other path we took.
