I’ve sent my tweet... tired of calling USCIS for them to tell me.. call back in 60 days for an update.. this has happened twice. Feel like I’m on a roller coaster with no end..

😂😂 keep paitance our turn will come soon dear

Yes we know.. but it's ridiculous long, and we are paying for a service. We are sending the proofs, and whatever they need. All documents.  Then we have to be waiting for an extreme time.  Nebraska processing time keeps getting pushed back.  Watch it'll get again pushed back.

So they are saying 10-13 months. Watch if I bet my money they'll push it back again.

They are promising us a times then again it changes. It's utterly ridiculous.

Definitely something  is going inside Nebreska. Management there for sure is not giving priority to US citizens. If you see the USCIS timelines in their website permanent resident has given the more perference over US Citizen. They are approving i -130 spouse petition 4 months ahead of US citizens.

-  currently they are taking 2 months to finish 1 month of petition.

-even  in USCIS case tracker app shows that i-130 is the only petition which is left behind since June 2018. Rest of other  petition like i-140, i-131, i-765 are getting approve in just few months after petition is filed.

- a lot of RFE’s are being sent .

Something is going on there... 🤔🤔

You can't rely on the USCIS data, we know it's wrong. I believe US Citizens and permanent resident applications should be treated with no priority for one or another. Permanent residents are future US citizens, they have complied with all requirements except time living in th US and have paid the same fee.

For our story, look at my profile.

Hey if you want to be patience and accept injustice. Call USCIS and tell them everyone else can go ahead of you because you have patience. Discouraging others not to take action against the immoral delays is not cool. That's why there's delays because people don't rise up and complain that it's not acceptable and unfortunately the majority is unaware/unwilling to take action and they just accept the way things are as normal when it's not.

Absolutely this!

Yes, and they still don't update their timeline. It's one of my pet peeves here.

Meanwhile I have emailed. Kenneth.T.Cuccinelli@uscis.dhs.gov  It didn't bounce back so it's an active email.
