I wonder if it depends on which store your phone is set for?  It didn’t come up on mine, but maybe I had my store set in Turkey.

My phone region is United States and I can’t find it either on App Store.. weird :( I can only find ones that update me only on my own case (shows nothing about other cases) or ones that are only for citizenship tests when I search for Case Tracker or anything similar

Our CR1 Journey:

USCIS Stage:

  • Feb 14 2019: NOA1 (NSC)
  • July 31 2019: I129f NOA1
  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!

I think it was taken off the store. I have it and it's no longer showing in the store for me (set to the same country as when I downloaded it).

This is the link to it that the developer posted on reddit: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/case-tracker-searcher-for-uscis-immigration/id921827126

If that doesn't work then it's almost certainly been taken down.

Yep; shows this for me (even though my country/region on my phone and on my App Store is the US)

I feel the same way, I try to enjoy where I am now knowing that I’ll be with my husband eventually but I check VJ and the USCIS website obsessively... I just want my “real life” to start already and I’m tired of being in limbo. Also the processing times getting longer and longer are very concerning... since we applied in September our estimated date got pushed back 5 months! God knows what will happen between now and the approval.

I'm also 12 Sept.2018 let keep our prayers tight.

Someone with a PD of June 25th got on June 12th. 352 days

Also someone not on visa journey got an rfe yesterday. Their PD was June 22nd.

Why rfe is coming from NSC.

This didn't happen in the April May filers.

After waiting so long.. their PD was June 22. Those people got an rfe.

What's up with all these rfe.

Definitely something  is going inside Nebreska. Management there for sure is not giving priority to US citizens. If you see the USCIS timelines in their website permanent resident has given the more perference over US Citizen. They are approving i -130 spouse petition 4 months ahead of US citizens.

-  currently they are taking 2 months to finish 1 month of petition.

-even  in USCIS case tracker app shows that i-130 is the only petition which is left behind since June 2018. Rest of other  petition like i-140, i-131, i-765 are getting approve in just few months after petition is filed.

- a lot of RFE’s are being sent .

Something is going on there... 🤔🤔

I definitely agree with you.  First of all they are not giving priority to US citizens, which I don't understand.  I have seen in that case tracker app. My pd, July 13 2018, one case was approved earlier on without a expedited request.. so it must have been a legal permanent resident.

Yes not sure with the rfe stuff. All of a sudden. Julys 2nd they got a lot. Must have been something missing from them.. or what.

I agree. I think it’s wrong that permanent residents are processed more quickly than US citizens!  This agency was created to serve us, and they’re penalizing citizens and delaying our right to live with our spouses.  It’s absolute cr@p. The fact that we have to go so long without a shred of information and no accountability on their end is infuriating. I really hope the shake up at DHS/USCIS helps. I really can’t imagine that any incoming Director would not want the credit of fixing the shambles that is the current situation, but who knows.

It's ridiculous.  I would think also the new director would want to get some credit.  But we don't know.

And also.. they're giving out rfe after 11-12 months of waiting like a fool. Why they couldn't work in rfe earlier.

I'm going to write mines now..

I really think he should address the i130 immediate relative issue.  They give preference to so many others.

If he wants to be harsh, it should not be with i130s.  I see no reason. Nebraska is like sinking now.
