Anyone here that did i130 for parents? One week from now, our forms are a year old. I’m not sure what’s going on... I’m checking everyday and it keeps saying case was received. I want to see case was approved.

When is your pd?  Hmm. I'm not sure who did for parents. I think someone in forum did. I remember they writing.

I don't know why all of a sudden VJ won't let me attach pics over 10.3kb..never had that message before. 

 

I just saw it.  I saw the July 2nd.

But I see many rfe.. wow.. don't like that.

I hope it's not the new guy who came to uscis.

I did filed for my mom and daughter (minor child) both are aug 7,2019 PD. It’s been 309 days today no update yet. Nebraska sc.

I sure hope so...👍👍 The RFE's make me a little nervous. We used a Visa service so hopefully they did their job and the extra stuff they suggested we include works.

I did. My PD is June 27, Both my parents’ cases were approved on June 5th. I called them and I was informed. You might wanna try and call.

Y'all does it matter if my husband and I don't have a joint account or anything like that?  We were simple.

Because we live in India I cannot open an account.

Hmm but recently he put me in his account just a name only.

352 days hereand the estimation continues to get pushed back... looking like 361days processing time for the average today..
