I was bored and checked 2 numbers before and after mine. The two prior I-130's where shipped out to another service center on May 31, the two after mine were not transferred. My case wasn't transferred 😑

So it looks they are "working" on cases 😅

Two cases approved for July 2nd on June 6th & 7th..and 3 RFE sent on 5th 6th 7th June.

I don't know why all of a sudden VJ won't let me attach pics over 10.3kb..never had that message before.

I didn't see.  It was for i130?  VJ won't let you post a screenshot?

They can also be screw Trump lets slow everything down to make hm/his admin look bad. We can speculate all we want. But in the end there's only one thing is certain - Nebraska Service Center is a special black hole.

Special black hole.. 😐😐😐

Once we jump in, it's hard to jump back out.

On visa journey, my estimated date got pushed back. Oh boy.  I just don't have a good feeling about Julys 2018. Like the time they will take to process through it

🤞

Here is the article from NPR ..the very last paragraph mentions you...it didn't say much at all :(

Heh. Seems like no one wants to mention anything about i-130 forms or the process to educate.

USCIS even released a new annual report no mention of i130. It's like we are to be ignored.

My case was received on 12 September, 2018 and is in Nebraska service center. I have been waiting for 272 days now.and is only two days to 9 months  and everyday i check my status and always "Case was received".

When my approval can finally come? Really need how many months for Nebraska Service center to process?

Average  processing time is just shy of 12 months at the moment. Subject to change based on their workload.

We this sucks. The phone plan my wife would load weekly in the Philippines. They just stopped it. Basically it allowed unlimited Facebook. Now it's not unlimited anymore :(

There goes the unlimited video chats through Facebook messenger.

she has Google fi for backup but that's a lot more expensive and it's not 100% unlimited either after 15GB it throttles down to unusable speeds at least for voice/video  this sucks.

I just emailed a ton of  @uscis.dhs.gov @dhs.gov @hq.dhs.gov email addresses expressing my discontent with USCIS Nebraska. If I disappear you know what happened.

I also get auto replies with additional emails which is nice to email them too!

I should follow up with my previous post.

My email letter was simple. I explained first that Nebraska was being delayed, showed evidence of potomac processing within 90 days, spoke a bit about me, and what i hoped to accomplish which is nebraska needs to get back into shape.

I know I wouldn't want to get emails that isn't related to the task that I am doing at work, but all these people are gov't employees and they work for the Citizens of the United States, and they should get a reminder here and there why they are working those positions. bring light to their coworkers, or other depts that are making them look bad. So they can rise up and talk about it at work.

If you find more emails. let me know I'll email them, if you feel the need to email them too go for it. Just remember not to be rude, or disrespectful.

In the spoiler there's email addresses let me know if there's more I will be glad to continue to email folks.
