Really? 🤞🤞🤞

Are you sure?  I feel like they're stuck.  I see June 20th 2018 not approved yet. Unless I'm looking wrong.

I don't know if they have for android as I have an iphone. Just search for USCIS Case tracker. It will have symbol US flag. I think there is only one listed.

Yes I have done several searches in the first week of July. Try this search LIN1890502100.

Two cases approved for July 2nd on June 6th & 7th..and 3 RFE sent on 5th 6th 7th June.

I don't know why all of a sudden VJ won't let me attach pics over 10.3kb..never had that message before.

I wrote a whole long summary, but then somehow didn’t post it. I’m out running around but will re-write it again later. He said it should be on in a few days.

Thank you for sending that along. I had a feeling our stories would be swept under the rug with the Cissna resignation/replacement 😩

Also, he pronounced/spelled my name incorrectly...the American one, not the Turkish one 😝

Or maybe everyone in Nebraska is like yay for trump we can slow down to support him! or they can be like We hate trump let's slow down so he can get some hate.  Who knows. Either way Nebraska is hella mismanaged. 6  months is the target. They were hitting it before. Potomac is still doing it. Texas is a bit out there, but Nebraska is shameful.

Who knows maybe the GAO investigation will put a fire to their processing speed. I am just concerned that nothing that was talked about mentioned I-130 forms. Just all the other post green card forms. Hopefully GAO notices the discrepancies, either way 5 months out till an investigation happens is a downer.

I mean it sucks for those forms being backlogged, but I am sure we all can agree that we want our I-130's approved, and our spouses here, and the rest can take as long as needed as long as the GC is on hand and work can be done.

They can also be screw Trump lets slow everything down to make hm/his admin look bad. We can speculate all we want. But in the end there's only one thing is certain - Nebraska Service Center is a special black hole.

Hey, we have two different dates on our NOA1 and everywhere else (mycasestatus on https://egov.uscis.gov , CaseTracker, and the USCIS app). Our NOA says received on September 26th, while the others say September 21st. Which one do you think we should go by?

I finally got a response from the senator here in Oklahoma and all he said was that this backlog is due to a system that hasn't been changed for updated in 30 years.

Lolllll it worked fine three years ago.

OMG. seriously? what a terrible answer. At least the response from the senator in Washington was valuable/useful

Finally my case was approved yesterday! (350 days from NOA1), but they haven't updated the information on the page yet. I wish you all the best of luck.

Hello,

Please let us know when you receive response from NVC. My approval date was around the same time as yours. I am trying to determine when my wife will receive the response, so I can figure out the next steps.

Well it’s official, Cuccinelli was tapped for the USCIS position.

I’m planning to do the most adult thing; congratulate him on the new position and then remind him that this role is not meant to be politicized to punish those who are legally trying to immigrate to the US.

I’ve thus far sent snail mail and email to my congressman and senator regarding the Nebraska slowdown.  I think respectful commentary on  Cuccinelli’s twitter perhaps (could) be an effective strategy to continue the awareness of processing times.

Good luck to all and thank you for always giving me hope!
