Tomorrow 4am-6-am or Saturday?

Wait what is tomorrow? (I’m sorry I’m already on Friday)

for todays approvals (approvals or other movement dated 4/12) the new site updates next day 4/13 4 am to 6 am. It may also happen on Saturday morning too yes.

for overall movement (old site-scannable) it’s usually unpredictable what happens after maintenance. But usually backdated updates shows up either next day or the next Monday. But no Saturday updates to a countable amount (other than maybe a withdrawal or a name update)

Attempting to drown my anxieties and frustrations with some wine, shrimp scampi, and stand-up comedy. I highly recommend this method ;)

NOA1: 10/10

RFE sent: 4/9

Hard copy RFE rec'd: 4/12

They want more proof that he is divorced. Turns out we submitted only the evidence that his divorce had been recorded with the civil authorities (i.e. it is listed in his birth certificate) which is required in addition to THE ACTUAL DIVORCE DECREE :jest: omg DUH. I could go on forever about this but I'll leave it at "I am SO relieved it is that easy".

The actual divorce decree wasn't enough?

Well, we didn't send in the actual divorce decree, only his birth cert which has all marriages and divorces listed and notarized. I wasn't familiar with the documents over their nor with the process of divorce. We sort of went with word of mouth. My lawyer gave me the website with the required documents and I sort of skimmed the divorce part. I read the birth certificate part but didn't read close enough to see the and  part. Its a little frustrating it is such a stupid mistake but I am going to forgive myself because I had had ENOUGH of dealing with his divorce and those damn translators over there at the time.

btw... each country has a website where they list the required docs (since every country is a little different).. its on travel.state.gov
