So today I got approved, now is there anything else I need to do or do I now just wait for a letter from the embassy here in London? People have mentioned contacting them before, but is this just to see if they received my packet ? Confused!

I don't remember taxes for the I-129 form. Just as @dkmfan85 mentioned, we have to show proof when filing I-134

The multiple years of tax returns are usually an embassy specific requirement as the I-134 only mentions them for those that are self employed.

Thank you. I do not have my birth certificate in there, and I was born outside of the U.S. 🤔 I thought the naturalization certificate and U.S. passport sufficed

That's fine. Don't worry! You don't have to include everything in the list to prove citizenship. They give multiple options to establish that fact.
