Some states have a long form and a short form version, you want to make sure you get the long form version. You should be able to get it from the county clerk where you were born.

For anyone keeping track, just wanted to let ya know the new site updated to reflect my rfe today. I think naes had mentioned the new site seems to update a day later... that was true in my case.

Photocopies of your passport also work. Then you eliminate the confusion of what type of birth certificate you have and whether it's right.
