We've seen 3days, 4 days, 8 days, 14 days, but keep your mind for a 30-60 days wait.

You will eventually get your NOA2.🤞

Checked the new site on a whim and it states that my case was approved April 4th, 2018; old site still lists it as received... So happy I checked the new site.

Removing Conditions 

I-751 Sent:    04-Nov-2020

i-751 Received: 10-Nov-2020

Fee charged: 14-Dec-2020

NoA1: 14-Dec-2020

NoA1 Received: 17-Dec-2020

24 mo. Extension: 15-Nov-2021

had to create an account, and then fill in your receipt #.

For some reason when I go to the new site and login I'm always required to enter in a verification code that gets texted to me. Anyone else encounter this?

Yes it's a new security feature.  They email me too.  I got so excited one time when I saw an email but it was just my verification code.  lol

Yes, this supposed to happen. Each time you log in you will be sent a one time verification code as validation. It's very normal so just check your email after you have entered your password and you're on that page requesting the code :yes:

What to do after NOA2:

After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will assign you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.

The NVC will mail/email you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.

I get my verification code via text. But this method of security seems to be becoming more and more common these days.

Lots and lots of approvals for October filers so far! :D

 

Has anyone received a RFE so far? Also, remember that RFE aren't too bad anymore because that means that your case has been touched and will be approved once you provide what was requested.

We didnt receive any RFE. Just approval on new page. Still be received on web page and app. Waiting for hard copy.
