Yes but it doesn’t really matter cause your date overall did not change. scans will go by your received date.

Submitted date is only required at this moment to show you when you when you can put an inquiry and when you are considered outside of processing times.

Ok thanks :)

Mhmmm that's a good point! Maybe I can get British Airways to write a letter to make that possible. Just to clarify, when you mean process does it mean just stamping my passport with the visa? I wonder if that is possible. The problem is there is no way for me to contact the US embassy here in London I was thinking of asking my lawyer but yet again she probably won't know either as this is purely administration.

U.S. Embassy London
33 Nine Elms Lane
London, SW11 7US
United Kingdom
Phone: [44] (0)20 7499-9000

You can call them. You're probably not the first one that has had this issue.

Usually there's also an internal e-mail for the Immigration Visa Unit at the embassy. For example the IVU for the embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine is KyivIV@state.gov

Remaining virgin on 10/17

as at 4/4 - 166

as at 4/5 - 164

Since we only have 1 approval on 10/17, this means the other 1 is either "dob updated", or "name was updated" or "case transferred".

This means we have 2 case movement for 10/17:jest:

Hi There,

Your only option is to leave your job by not working your notice period and just proceed with the K1 you do not want to delay the K1 visa as you could go into Administration processing and there is no telling how long this will take could add up to a few months. The reason i say you have no options is because once you get your K1 visa upon POE (Point of Entry) all existing visa's are cancelled and the K1 over-rides this. If you was to leave the USA after POE (Point of entry) they would consider you abandoning your status and you will have to start the K1 visa process all over again ever more so it will effect your future chances of obtaining visa or entry to the USA . Take my advice do not do it just proceed with the K1 and leave your job or explain to them the situation they have to be understanding. Do waste your money either on a lawyer or look into options because you will only waste time and money have a read of this website to understand what i have told you but please do not enter the USA with an approved K1 visa then leave you will have to start the process again.

Yeah, I agree, it's weird.  LOL.

I wonder why they don't do it FIFO... like really complete all cases from the 1st week before moving on to the 2nd week... Not complaining here, just wondering why lol...
