I think I better stop checking. This is so depressing. 😢😢😢😢I want to cry. I wish Uscis can work on it by dates in order 😭

every day feels like a year knowing that your so close but yet so far 😢

Noa1 10/2

Your time will surely come! It's not about working cases in order of dates. Every case is independent of other cases. There are stages cases undergo.

Your Approval is on the way. Never Lose Hope! You've waited more than 5 months for this. You're here!!!🤞

Hi Oldrae,

I know the waiting really sucks but to be fair if they did approved by dates you would still be waiting because there are persons in May, June, July, August and many persons in September still waiting.

The best thing to do is just enjoy your life and let it happen when it happens; however, if you end up being outside of the processing times then be sure to reach out to them.

After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will assign you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.

The NVC will mail/email you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.

@ChuAni thank you for cheering me up. I really appreciate it. Yes I've waited for 6 years for this Visa, I need to stay possitive and have more patience 😊 God Bless you!

I just did a mini scan, and one 10/17 is approved! Omg! I’m a 10/17!!!!

Do you have an account on the USCIS website? If not, you should make one just so you have that as a backup for checking your case updates :D

I’m positive! I do a little mini scan around my case number everyday to see movement and saw a few 10/16’s (just not mine ugh!); I’m SO excited for everyone getting their NOA 2’s.

That is just the raw data from the site.  Your number is there just like everyone else's in their system.  With the app and these types of scans you can see if petitions that were filed hear your are being touched, or approved or whatever.  Nothing is exact and they do not go in order.  It's just nice to see that progress is being made.

11/14/17 129F mailed

11/17/17 NOA1

05/14/18 NOA2

06/06/18 NVC received and case # assigned

06/12/18 left NVC

06/13/18 Manila Embassy received

06/13/18 CFO completed at Clark Pampanga

06/18-19/18 Medical exam

07/10/18 Interview - APPROVED!!

07/29/18 POE
