As the NOA2 date is approaching,  I have a concern as the petioner. I Have started working at a new place of employment after sending in the I-129 in October,  does anyone think that in itself is cause for a RFE?.... Really hope not!

No it's not. You shouldn't get an rfe. And also you're going to be providing affidavit of support for your fiance's interview which will show your new occupation.

Approved: April 5

They sent me an email, the old website says we are approved, but on the new website it still says we received your case.

 

Its coming sooner than you think, friends!  So thankful for the support of this community through this process.  God's blessing over all of your processes!!

Didn't wanna say this till now cuz i knew y'all might say it was a bad idea, but we have actually set our wedding date for August 14!  So we will actually hopefully make that date!!  God is good!

They have to process the change to the case information so technically yes but I'm unsure of the timeline for changes to Date of birth. I think maybe it's a week or so? You should call in to confirm if the changes were made.

I dont think that will delay it,i put wrong address and my employment date and i sent them letter to correct it,they didnt sent there respons but we got approved today,dont worry about it
