Call 1-800-375-5283

press 1 for English 

press 2 for case pending

press 2 

then 

press 2 again 

As soon the automated system starts speaking I just press 1, 2, 2, 2 and then it will connect you to a customer service  representative and then request to connect to second level

I was told my case was reviewed last two days ago. What does that even mean?  Review as in feet up on the desk and reading our chat messages like it’s a People Magazine ‘Who Wore It Best’ kind of review? I just don’t get it.

 

I’m running on fumes and using the last bit of energy to stay on autopilot and hang on just a little bit longer.

I know it's frustrating.. you've got this girl!!! They have to reply! Lol 

I am honestly just going to wait and see what happens on Monday when I hit 200... I am going to annoy them so much and probably reach out to my local congressman or state senator

I called today because I guess I was bored. Got transferred and was told my wait for a call back was "280 hours" which is 11 days haha. Wonderful.. 😲🤣
