from RFE reply received until we got NOA 2 it took us 14 days .. :) no more long ...holding on :)

- Delivered July 1, 2020

- SMS with Case Nr. SRC  and Check cashed July 8, 2020 

- NOA received July 20,2020- NOA dated July 14,2020

-Fingersprinting applied notification - Aug 10,2020

- Card being produced - Nov 2, 2020

My fiance and I met through yatzhee online (lol). We went through Rapid Visa with our petition. They told us to submit the terms and conditions of the game to prove that it wasn't an IMB, which seemed utterly ridiculous to me! But I guess it's better to be safe than sorry😉

can you imagine the time when tinder and all the apps started and they were probably trying to figure out what to do 🤭

For an update on some information I found out last night while talking to the NVC.  Our case is completely ready to be sent to the embassy, however, some embassies have the NVC hold on to cases until they request more to be sent.

 

This could be why some get sent more quickly than others.

10/03/2017 - I-129F sent

10/05/2017 - I-129F delivered

10/10/2017 - NOA1 

03/29/2018 - NOA2 

04/17/2018 - NVC case received

04/19/2018 - NVC case number assigned

05/16/2018 - In Transit to Consulate

05/18/2018 - Ready at Consulate

06/18/2018 - Medical

07/03/2018 - Interview

07/19/2018 - VOH

07/27/2018 - POE

Lol! And the terms and conditions were like 50 pages long or something like that! I wonder if someone actually takes the time to read that! Lol. They couldbe processing cases rather than reading that!

I think it is a wise decision to print and send in the terms and conditions of any website you met on. It's better to be safe than sorry. The forms and letters do not always explicitly tell you what and how much to send.

It costs nothing extra and is a very very cheap insurance policy to print and send them with.

Woohoo!!! Just got an email from NVC saying they are sending our K1 petition to the Embassy [electronically], and a few minutes later got another email saying they had received the package and will contact the beneficiary!!!! 

 

NOA1- 10/10/17

NOA2- 04/05/18

NVC received- 04/25/2018

NVC sent- 04/26/2018

 

 

EDIT: second email wasn't from the embassy, was also from NVC. Misread
