Thanks my love! Honestly, these words are holding me up. Tomorrow is about day 9, so I guess I need to hold up until next week Friday? I appreciate it so much, and I sincerely wish the speediest approval for you, and others. It is just wearing on me, and I also miss my honey

Yea! I would think maybe by the end of next week at least you would hear something. I always give it a day or two of wiggle room just to ease my stress, and I am usually pleasantly surprised! And believe me when I say I understand. I sincerely do not wish immigration on anyone. Much less when you are forced to be apart from the person you love the most in the whole world???? And put your future in the hands of someone else? Its incredibly difficult. But we are almost there!!! We are some pretty fortunate peeps to have relationships that are strong enough to survive this (L) and this time will end but what we come out with on the other side of this process will be ours forever

sending lots of strength and peace your way! xx

This is truly uplifting, and affords me another opportunity to be more focused, and grateful. I agree that this will end at some point. It is the lack of control that is difficult. We are literally at their mercy. I want to believe this is the most difficult and longest part of the entire process. I am not sure if I could deal with anything else beyond this phase. Thank you, and I look forward to celebrating together :)

After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will assign you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.

The NVC will mail/email you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.

congratulation to all of us even for we still waiting because, in this process  it's a big job to wait.

by the way i have a question for whom ever can say something please.

is there a reason even particular for them to not touch some days or it's just the fact of lazy adjudicator who have petition collecting dust on their table or what can be the issues.

because i'm scared with what i'm seeing for October 17th receive dates since two week (if i'm correct) there's only 2; 4 and even only 1 in some of the scan for October 17th and having that day as receive date is not keeping me alive. can it be a particular reason please?

Dear all,

i would like to have your advice regarding of the RFE.

Since we explain on the Form that we meet on the online dating sites,  one of their  question of RFE is :

"Did you met your fiance (e) or spouse through the service of international marriage broker?"

actually  its a YES or NO Question..

my fiance want just put the answer No, then send the response of RFE ASAP

but my opinion is we have to printing out the term of use the dating site as  supporting document

what do you think?

Your best bet is to read the forum on imbra. If not all info is sent ur case will be denied.

Best of luck.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

If you met online and it is not a imbra, you should send evidence that shows it’s not. So you’re right, you need to send TOS or a mail from that site that shows they’re not imb.

as mentioned without evidence it will highly likely be denied.
