when you call (USCIS) .... they explain  ....everything is normal until  limit ....7 months waiting.

Hummmmmm.....if you have applied before and denied or maybe your fiancee information in his home country is difficult to get.....

Because they will need to know his past records, so this can slow the process a little bit.

Yes applied before and denied. Denial was because of my lawyers misadviced we applied without seeing each other withing 2 years. And before that I saw him more than two years ago. 

But this time we meet all requirements. And I even included the denial letter because I wanted to be transparent.

That could very well be why it's taking a bit longer. But you are still within 'reasonable' processing times. I hope and pray you get your approval soon.

Yea I dont know what is reasonable. I understand every case is different but this is super frustrating. They might as well do a face to face interview with the petitioner in such cases so we can get on with our lives.
