He wasn't Denied, but Refused!

I've read somewhere on V.J that it's one of the normal processes Cases undergo when documents are needed to be returned to the Embassy (no immediate Visa Approval during the Interview due to missing documents and Rose/Kids needed to update their Police Certificate) as somone's status has moved from AP to REFUSED to ISSUED!

Ohhhhh, thank GOD!!!!

So it was just coz of the need to update their NBI docs and until they receive it then they will issue the Visa?

But John said he called the embassy and it is denied. John and Rose waiting for a letter that stating why it is denied

I am speechless and feel so sad for them ...I mean they've been in so rough path during this journey :(

Rough Path, indeed! 🙁

Actually, he called but the Embassy didn't share any information with him and asked him to wait for the mail.

IT'S NORMAL!

Good morning!!! I am going to apply for my k1 visa and the k2 visa for my children. .. I will go to my interview at the embassy with the children ... (although they will travel later) if someone is in the same situation ... remember that we need to have a document (notary )... father or mother of children ... authorizing the travel and residence of children in the USA ... it is very  important ... if we do not have it ... it can be a problem on the day of the interview. Embassy told me yesterday.

I have two children too, I have their fathers permission notarized. Although Frankfurt embassy said notary is not necessarily. I see you are going to Austin? Then we won’t be too far from each other 😃
