That's a good way of looking at it both @BnK and @Naes.. "RFE is as good as an approval". Sigh... I must be grateful as they touched mine on 4/9 and I am a 10/5 filer. When are you @BnK? They were very true to their timeline for mine

yes @Naes is truly helpful. So approvals clearly only come during the day for the most part. I think perhaps Friday is the only day ppl say they received the approval Saturday morning. Sigh

i Just looked over my application and forgot to check the check box that asks if I have obtained a certificate of naturalization or certificate of citizenship. I am also a military brat who was born in Germany and misread the question on how I obtained citizenship. I put born in USA (which was what an immigration official told me) and looks like I should have put through US parents. Ugh I’m annoyed

Yep at least we are waiting for something. We should be grateful and just focus on our prize (that happy evah after) 🍾🎉😍😂

did you get an RFE or is this in hindsight? Perhaps you will not get one at all

I’m guessing you were born in Germany on an American base?

You shouldn’t have a problem. I don’t think you have a certification of naturalization or anything. Wait I took that last one back it is not considered American soil.

Hey guys, i am not from this month filler just applying, but i posted a question and havnt gotten aswer maybe one of you can help please?

 

I am petitioner and i visited my home country for 2 months to visit my family and fiancee. Do i need to write adress abroad in last 5 year physical adresses or should 2 months visit is just a visit.

 What u guys did? Thank u so much
