by the way i have a question

for the affidavit of support and in case there is a dependent child, do we need to fill a second affidavit listing the child as primary beneficiary?

and so two affidavits one for the fiance and one for the child ? or it's good with just one affidavit

hi.... embassy in Madrid... told me... that I need.... one for me and one for my son.

my case is actually toooo simple never married on both side no criminal record, the finacial aspect are good there's no reason i should have been waiting unless my petition is with the adjudicators who like too much starbucks coffe (i don't want to say he's lazy) anyway what should i know. i'm trying to be positive but this process is acting on me in the bad way.

Unfortunately We cant explain their logic...

I hope you get an approval soon.

I hear you...

it is crazy and and I am not going to lie by day 200 I was ready to call quits...(happy fiancé stopped be from it everyday)

it is sad, illogical and it makes me go crazy to still see people from everywhere still waiting! Doesn’t even matter how long someone waits. It is just frustrating.

but for you guys I can actually give something:

the first two two weeks after they start a new month is the Golden time for approvals....

That sounds great, however, what should us RFE'rs expect? We have all received confirmation that USCIS has our responses from 4/16 to 4/19. I know we must be patient in this abyss of illogic, however, guidance never hurt
