The case will probably not show as updated, just use the hard copy you got in the mail.

Wait 14 days from that and then you can contact the NVC and ask about your case number, it's only been 11 so try again middle to end of next week!

So true since on the hard copy it’s dated 4/5/2018 and I received in the mail on 4/9 so I’ll check back with nvc next week...

thanks again for your help 🤙🏼

That’s because k3 is obsolete.

your I129f most likely will be closed and move on with the i-130 you can post on a topic for more info from veteran members as k1 is only processed on CSC you can’t find info on TCS here. And I believe you can check cr1 as your k3 most likely will turn into a CR1.

good luck

Another day of no approval 😥 and here I thought it'd make a neat birthday treat. Hoping it gets approved soon before my fiance leaves me or I'd probably explode. 😣

Sorry for being ranty, just really disheartening when dates past 10/11 are getting more approvals than ours. But I'm sure it's coming soon, and I'm happy that all of you are getting your long-awaited approvals too.

And for the people still waiting: we've got thissssssss!!! We will all get to be with our other half soon. 💕💕

Me too an approval would be a nice bday treat for my fiance.. Happy birthday, btw!

A few more days shouldn't hurt. The wait kinda sucks esp coz they moved past our dates but glad their moving fast, it means they'll finally give us what we deserve in a couple of days if not tomorrow. <3
