Thank you! Im visiting him right now but doesnt mean I cant get frustrated with the wait any less than anyone else waiting, we all want to be with our loved ones for the next step in our relationship

Is yours not yet received on the site? Mine changed from 'RFE sent' to "USCIS RFE was received'  yesterday around 9pm Cali time. We mailed on the 16th, so they received it after 2 days.

Mine hasn’t changed to received yet.. I’m trying to be patient

Ohhh, where are you sending from? USPS sends copies from anywhere for about 2-3 days.

I'm not stressing until next week but I had a terrible dream last night. In my dream my notif said USCIS sent another RFE (its possible, right?)

Felt like we were gonna get denied.

My fiancee asked how am I so stressed. I know I shouldn't as I conditioned myself for a May approval ever since but seeing approvals beyond our dates start to give us anxiety, right...

Hmmmm but we just need to remind ourselves a few more days shouldn't really hurt. There are still people from Aug still waiting.

The attorney sent it USPS priority 2 day, but they delivered it today for sure as USPS sent me a txt alert that USCIS picked it up from them today. They just haven’t uodated it yet. @Naes said a second RFE is possible but very rare.. right @Naes? Just wondering when they’ll retouch our petition.. the stress is real

 Repeat I saw second rfe only maybe 3 times in total scanning (old site updates) which was like 30000 cases or so...

 

also id rather have a second rfe then denial to tell the truth (although I would probably break something along the way)

 

but again it wont happen! Not with this type of rfe that is so clear..

That’s what I thought as well @naes.. but man since they received our responses this week, when are you seeing that they’ve approved then from thes responses.. I’m like a nervous wreck.. I know I should be grateful as I got an RFE and it was simple

i hope they update it as approved and skip the received update ASAP.

This can happen by the way

they may literally skip the received update and just send an approval(happens a lot)

 

id say 1-3 weeks the most. Hope it’s not a lazy guy on your cases

Nope, we sent it 4/16 and app said they received it 4/18.

But the app and old USCIS site was updated around 9:00 pm Cali time yesterday.

So I'm hoping an approved update 2 hours from now

Have you literally been seeing these RFE responses taking the 1-3 weeks @Naes? Man I hope to just get approved ASAP .. I don’t even know the interview schedule options in my fiancé’s country to know if they’re backed up 🤦🏽‍♀️

Oh no, they can't deny us. I see no reason to . Ours should not even be RFEd.

Age gap is 3 years, no previous marriage, no criminal records.... And I audited everything before sending

I want a 3-day max approval.... Hope we get it before his birthday next Friday. We got our RFE a day after our 2nd yr anniversary

I want to say earlier but I can’t because I don’t know each reason of the rfe... and I feel really bad when I disappoint people in this waiting... 

 

i mean there are people in June over 80 days still waiting for an approval....don’t know the reason so can’t comment but it happens...
