Seriously... so many questions running through my mind.. are we assigned to a adjudicator?! Is our case lost?! Is the adjudicator who has our case on holiday or off sick?!

They mailed it out on the 10th and I got it that Saturday. I have usps informed deliver (I'm the petitioner) so I literally stalked my email and my mailbox

We are so alike. I am also the petitioner, and I too stalked the mailbox.. ugh .. haha. I think this will be the most difficult part of the whole process

But a single page with two statements, both statements signed is also fine.   As evidence to support this, I did have an exchange with a member here on VJ who described to me this format and confirmed he received approval without an RFE.

 

Documents with Wet Signatures  and Scanned signed original documents are both acceptable by the USCIS. 

 

 

Just posting this before I forget. I got my NOA2 today. We submitted only one statement with two signature lines. We only submitted a scanned copy of the letter (not wet signature) and were approved fine.

 

I'm just posting this so that people are not discouraged if they didn't do it exactly like someone else.

 

A few weeks ago, people were insisting on wet signatures only until USCIS released their guidelines

 

Remember: this is the internet. Anyone can post anything regarding their theories (like that divorces in the past will cause an increase in NOA2 wait time, no evidence points to this). In reality, nobody knows exactly what USCIS will do (as long as you try to follow the instructions with common sense). They may RFE for something stupid, they might not. Keep your cool.

This is so true as @EllyNelly, I and @BnK got RFE'd for silly things
