Tier II officers have a bit more access than normal customer service reps at USCIS, you can request to speak to one by calling and asking to be transferred to them. Keep in mind that it's best to call first thing in the morning and they usually do a call back system. I called today right at 8am and I received a call back a little after 10am.

I really think you should have a talk with him. Just remember eventually we will hear back. If your relationship can survive this, honestly we can all survive an apocalypse lol

RFE just got delivered (tracked the mess out of it online)... now the real wait begins lol... I hope for a speedy approval as well... but we shall see and I will update timeline as such as well.

I also received notice that they received my RFE yesterday. I'll be honest, I cried when i first received it in the mail because that is a further delay and we are all exhausted, but after I calmed down I remembered that is means the case finally sees the light of day.
