Really? How recent was this? Was her RFE as simple as ours? I am just exhausted, but trying to me in good spirits

It was January... She was a June petitioner she said she was only delayed 2 days with RFE and ya it was simple they said she forgot to check a box (which was a lie they said same to me and I know I checked)

Oh that was recent! They did the same to us too, when we have seen that we checked the box. So I checked, and returned with pictures, and them neatly labeled and organized YET again by my attorney. Would they re-touch them this week you think?

When you see that both the case right before and after yours has been touched :(

I know it's very hard. That's what happened to me and then a couple of days later approval time. Just try to be patient and remember it's coming. I know easier said than done.

Yeah, it's very discouraging but we made it this far so there is no other choice but to keep waiting and moving forward, I really would like to hear something by the end of this week but also do not want to get my hopes up :/

A lot to be honest. We knew the wait time was long so we wanted to get our application in as soon as possible to start the waiting process, in hindsight not the best idea. This was before we found this website too to help us prepare a good package.

We have since collected everything together from the guides so we should be okay so long as they give us an opportunity to submit them

If you don't  mind me asking - what were the key elements you think you've missed. If you don't want to share - totally understandable. I believe with things like this they really do give second chances as I'm sure there are many that just quickly submit the paper work to get the process going. Stay positive!!! :)

THAT IS EXACTLY HOW I FELT LAST WEEK!

I told my fiance please just let us hear something by Friday. Friday came and nothing I just knew it would be a while then I checked my case tracker around 2PM and boom approval. TONS of tears of joy flowed at that point.
