I was told that I use the I-864A (it could be a number off ) if she lives in my household  (I’m assuming they meant dependencies like you just stated) but a separate form if otherwise

Well probably for the AOS you will need that. However the form for k1 interview stage is I-134. I-864(and is sub forms) are binding forms for immigration cases. I-134 should be the one to use for k1 as it is not legally binging and temporary. 

 

If if you haven’t got specific instructions from your embassy on this the form is I-134. And this does not have a sub form like I-864.

Yes one for each sponsor. 

 

There is no real “joint” in k1 cases. So there won’t be any check like I-864. Don’t worry about that. 

 

You will put yourself as petitioner and write infor on the person you petitioned. Your co-sponsor won’t have those info as they didn’t petition. But will have info on the person they’re sponsoring.

Went on a day trip to nyc for work, I was hoping that when I get home I ll have one of those infamous silent noa2. But nada...

Now I am starting to feel the blues. But let it rain rain with those approvals tomorroe including mine and many other that I have gotten to know on here. ❤

Here are the latest stats available in the August thread:

 

 

Is it really possible that >30% could still be waiting for approval in two months? (50% if you include the RFE's)

Am I looking at this right?

 

Please advise before I freak out a little bit..

Portion of Received/RFE are silent NOAs. We don't know the percentage though. Am I right about this @Naes???

Hi guys, I've been quietly watching this thread and thought I should share with you guys. I'm a 2017 Oct. 12 filer and we received our NOA2 on April 10th (arrived a few days later of course). We'll keep waiting for notice regarding NVC. Good luck to everyone.

You can start calling NVC for your Case # after 14days of the NOA2.

 

Call +1 603-334-0700, Press 1 and 7.

Congrats to all Octo-babies on your NOA2s, I encourage the Sweet Ones that got RFEs to respond to it ASAP for a Quick Approval and I lift the Spirits of the Determined Ones waiting to hear from USCIS to never be Discouraged.
