It looks like they just stop at processing 50% of the applications. Anyone know why that is?

What's your received date? 

I ran into the same problem  when I first started scanning. I think our case number may be somewhat similar, where there's a lot of I-130s behind our #, making it seem like you are the only case with I-129F. You have to play with it and try different number combination until you hit a "sweet" spot where you're able to see your case # and others above you.

More than 70% October is untouched, but eventually will be. It's all good, we just  have to wait like we did for the last 7 months.

You are right.  But i swear that someone may have to talk me off the ledge when November starts getting approved and I haven't heard anything!

Yep. He just sent ours today. He only checked NO and signed at the bottom page.

Lets hope to get our approval this coming friday (crossing fingers)

 

BTW, he also sent me the screenshot of our I-129F copy and indeed we marked no

Soooo I’m guessing adjudicator spilled coffee over that area of the petition.. 

 

and I stand by this theory strongly

Yes! My attorney just sent me a copy of his notice f the returned packet with everything labeled really well, and signedmo” again since we had gone this initially.  I’m happy he sent it out today. Was it express as we did? You think they would look at ours this week? I have a copy of this packet as my initial petition. My attorney and staff are extremely thorough.

I agree with you @Naes.. at least 4 of us got the same RFE between 4/9 & 4/11.. sigh! When do you think they’ll even touch these once received.? My attorney sent express and I already have tracking info. Will they just review the evidence they requested and approve or look at the entire petition all over again? 🤦🏽‍♀️🙏🏽☺️

yeah maybe he spilled that coffee on all our four petitions or THE BOSS came in giving him a strong look and gave him a quota of at least 4 RFEs for the day or else his KRA for the year will have a failing mark.

We just sent it through USPS. Its cheaper, and I act as his lawyer. Its nice that you have a legit lawyer.  

 

I reviewed everything and audited the attachments prepared before sending our application. lolz

That was before Visa Journey, so it was a little bit stressful....

With the next steps, glad we found this. But he's still too lazy to get on with the detail of the next steps so I have to lay everything for him. My real lawyer/advisor is @Naes  <3 <3 <3

I am trying to be positive, so I am expecting the approval on Friday.... Although I know it can go for 2 weeks till we get the approval

Me too! Do you think they’ll start all over when reviewing our cases? Do you truly think it will take 2 weeks? I wish ppl who got RFE to NOA2 was on here to let us know!
