Hi, I will get an appointment for a b1/b2 visa to visit my relative. Im only a student but my auntie will sponsor my trip and all of my expenses on US. She is a vice president of sales and marketing in 4 star hotel. And she has a good salary income every month. Will travel on april 30 and will be back on june for senior year. I am taking up BS HRM. So do i need to wear school uniform?

My auntie scan her bank statements, pay slips, car registration, and land titles. Is it possible to approve my US visa?

All your stuff is literally useless you know?

It's YOUR ties to your country what matters not how wealthy your aunt is. There is a good chance no one will want to see those documents in the embassy.

Your visa will be approved or denied based on your situation. Not your aunts.

B1/B2 "visiting relative" So for no sponsor I have an invitation letter from them

For a B1/2 visa, you certainly can bring along the invitation letter but it will not improve your chances of approval

the circumstances (wealth, position, birthday etc) of your auntie is irrelevant. YOU have to prove that you have enough ties to the philippines in order to get a tourist visa. ties include but are not limited to school, job, family. a long travel history to other countries with stringent visa procedures (where you did not overstay) also helps to show that you have no immigrant / overstay intent. the US consulate wants proof of why you will return home after your trip, they will not care why you are going to the US.

not to be harsh, but it is very difficult, almost impossible for a young, single filipina with not a lot of ties home or good travel history to get a US tourist visas.

OP,  You sound very young. How old are you?  As for the dress code, keep it simple. Do not over do it. Dress appropriately for the occasion.  If you have enough strong ties to the Philippines they may grant you the visa. But since you mention your aunt is wealthy, they may think you will end up  staying in the US where she can give you a "better" life. Not the first time that happens. Remember that you will need to convince the US consular officer that you have non immigrant intent.

Aunties has no basis for sponsoring a path to immigration for nieces and nephews

YMMV
