Hi, we are thinking about financing a new car. We are also getting ready for the ROC process in several months. I put my spouse's name on my current car title right after we got married two years ago. If we ended up trading in or selling this car, can I still make a copy of the old title and send it in with our ROC package as one of the evidence? We feel this could be a good one to show our bonafide marriage.

Yes, you can do that, though you should probably mark the car as "sold" if it had been sold.  More importantly, show both names on the car insurance over the years - which shows a span of time instead of just a point in time.
