I withdrew an approved Visa application from Manila about 5 years ago, I was the Petitioner.  It seems as if it took about one month to get back a stating it was withdrawn:  It was from the Embassy of the United States of America Consular Section- Immigration Branch Manila, Philippines.

If you are the beneficiary then I wouldn't worry about it getting withdrawn, it seems as if the USCIS only cares about the petitioner having multiple filings.

If you are living in Philippines, I wouldn't expect to see anything letter from USCIS, they usually don't mail anything to anyone in Philippines regarding approval, etc.....

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

You posted in October last year about this saying you already had your visa but your fiance ended the relationship because he couldn't afford the plane ticket to bring you here (to which I responded that he obviously never loved you or he would sell his possessions, drive for Uber, deliver pizzas, borrow from a friend, etc to get you here).

If your visa was already issued in October, it has already expired or will expire within days. You will just have an unused visa in your passport - no big deal. You won’t be the first or last to have that.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

So it means only the petitioner can recieved the approval email from the embassy?, i can still tract my visa status from ceac.gov that said still ISSUED so i was thinking that my visa is still active right? Actually i still kept intouch with my x fiance but he still didnt have any news from them.they didnt send my paspport with visa and  pocket   yet as well..do you think the waiting process for cancellation was take a bit longer now? My concern is i just want to make sure that my visa is closed and want my passport back.

Who has your passport? The visa was issued in October or before. Why do you not have your passport? The visa doesn't need to be cancelled. It will just expire and become null and void.

That's a shame. You didn't need to cancel it. You just leave it unused and it expires after 6 months. Why did you think it needs to be cancelled? Call the embassy and ask for your passport back.

Because they said it need to let them know that i need to cancel it and if the benificiary will not go to USA . And thats they asked too for not having a problem in the future if incase i will apply for a new visa.

Are you close to the Embassy?  I would go in person and ask for it back.  If not close I would blow up there phones and email to get some answers.

I would also contact 2Go and see if they have any updates, it would be a shame to loose your passport I understand it is very difficult to get a opening to renew a passport now of days.
