I'm using Colombo and Hurd. I've had a good experience with them so far. I'll probably use them again in 2 years for the removal of conditions.

That's great...this whole process can be so frustrating...but with patience time will go by quickly and our loves ones will be here with us. Good luck to you! 😊

Hello,

My wife will have her interview in Mumbai and wanted to know, if they offer any interpreters? She is not very comfortable in Hindi or English. Can she take someone with her for translation? Appreciate your comments.

It's better to contact Mumbai embassy to find out what they require or allow. US Embassy in the Philippines allow someone like friend or ex teacher to interpret for my wife in sign language. I will be there with her to assist. Myself and my wife are deaf ( hearing impaired )

What embassy are you interviewing at? If you are pivot you have to upload ur documents or they will never see it. You should get your money ad documents back from your lawyer and just upload them yourself!

Take it from someone who did both-mail and upload because NVC told me two different things because of other complictions..your papers that you mailed in will most likely be returned to you. You have to upload them online.make sure everything is under 2mb and in portrait mode!

So if I upload the documents will it delay the process more since the lawyer sent it in the mail?

I don't think it will delay the process if you upload the documents.  I think it will delay the process if you don't upload the documents and wait for the mail, as it may get returned.
