Not for Bogota (BGT) we are not in the blacklist of pivot cases,  I already checked that, way time ago!!

Yay! It's been one month since my case was sent to NVC. Hopefully I'll hear something from them soon. My spouse lives in Medellin, it'll be my first visit to Bogota when we go for the medical stuff and interview. As big as Colombia is, and as many people that live in Medellin, I'm surprised they don't have any physicians available there. Everything must be done in Bogota. :(

Yes, the list you posted is for method 2, email processing...not electronic uploading directly to the site, which is method 1. I don't know why they don't list the embassies for method 1...that would be helpful! I didn't know we were eligible for that until NVC had received our case.

Glad that you had told me about it. I see and I agree with you, they should have list of the embassies for method 1 .

Thank you ! I saw your timeline and your CC was very fast , that is great !

Hello everyone,

I have a question about scanning the AOS docs. My case is eligible for electronic processing; I have to send my documents via email.

I scanned all the docs and emailed them a week ago; but they still do not have them in the system. I am trying to figure out if I made a mistake.

So my question is: if a document such as tax transcript has multiple pages, can I scan them into one doc/file? or do I need to scan every page separately?

Here is a screenshot of the instructions; I do not seem to get it :(

PLEASE HELP!

You did it correctly...multiple page documents should be scanned into one document. How do you know that they don't have them in the system? Your status will stay at "action required, submit documents" until you get a case complete...then it will change to "at NVC". So it's possible someone is reviewing them.

Hmm, didn't realize there was a difference between email processing and CEAC. Are the scanning requirements for documents the same for the CEAC system as they are for emailing the PDFs? https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc/establish-financial-support/docs-scan-faqs.html I'm assuming one doc per pdf as well?
