so, when you pay does not it say paid once? because i pay the AOS and still says pay now

It said “in process”. It takes anywhere from 2 to 10 business days for it to get processed.

That’s okay. NVC is closed over the weekend right? So as long as you submit everything prior to Monday morning, there shouldn’t be any delays on your part.

Today was our first wedding anniversary. It was wishful thinking on my part that we may be able to celebrate it together when we received our approval from uscis on Dec 21. We’ve missed so many firsts. I just hope this will all be done soon and I’ll see him.

We all have been through this completely understand wish the process could take less than year which it used to be before few years but now its just completely up in air

Thank you. Yeah wish it was still less than a year but now it seems like it’s at least a year and often longer. We just have to wait it out.

I am Feb 1st pivot case and received my case number on Friday. They are working on this date so you should get yours within a day or two. I was able to pay the fees right away when I got the email on Friday late morning. They are currently in process. I have been seeing CCs within 1-3 weeks of SD for pivot cases. So there's hope!

Hi! I should be an April NVC filer. Hope you don't mind me joining the forum. So my case was sent to NVC on April 9th. I should not be a pivot case because I am from the Philippines. When do you guys think I could get my case number?

The NVC is currently saying to allow 8 weeks from date received to get a case number assigned. Our case arrive at NVC in ~3 weeks, and our case number was assigned 5-1/2 weeks from date received. Some have gotten it sooner, and some later. How quickly the NVC processes your case seems to be luck of the draw.

Did you already paid the IV?? At present only the AOS is "PAID" maybe for 2 days...The "box" section is not activated for IV. Is this normal to NON-PIVOT case?

The payment options seems to be different for everyone. Some have been able to pay both the same day or the day after they received their case number. I have completed the Choice of Agent(DS-261), but I do not yet have the option to pay AoS nor IV fees. I'm hoping those options becomes available soon!

I believe you don't have to submit any passport size photos online. You do have to take them to the interview. Maybe someone else can confirm? Or call NVC to confirm just in case.

Have they reviewed your DS-261? I was only able to pay IV fee after they have reviewed DS-261. My AOS and IV payments both changed to paid together, on the same day.
