No, you only include the Document Cover Sheet that came with the welcome letter. I think the previous response was that yes, you include all the documents applicable to your case listed on the Document Cover Sheet.

Oh not the welcome letter itself thanks,so just the cover sheet then the documents right?

Also can I write my case number on my documents with a pen?

Yes, the cover sheet and then the documents.

And yes, recommended to write your case number on all your documents except the cover sheet.

How about the DS-260 confirmation page with an explanation without welcome letter? I thought welcome letter needs to be sent out along the document cover sheet. Now, you just mentioned only the document cover sheet

Nowhere is it stated in the welcome letter or the Document Cover Sheet that we need to submit the DS-260 confirmation page or welcome letter. But it is stated that the Document Cover Sheet has to be placed on top of the documents that you send to NVC. Really, all they need is the bar code on the Document Cover Sheet. Unless anyone has had a different experience?

Thank a lot for the info! I have a question. Since I do have case number and paid AOS already so am still waiting for IV fee to be available to pay. Can I go ahead send the supporting documents, I-864 and incomes along with the document cover sheet even not pay IV fee yet? Thanks

I don't see a problem with that, to be honest! Although they say that they won't review your case till all fees have been paid and the DS-260 is completed. I would say, you can either send it now, or maybe wait till you pay the IV fee to send it. If sending within the US, it takes 3 days so I sent it before my AOS and IV fees showed as 'paid'. If you are sending from overseas, I will send it even earlier.

you could use the i864EZ I guess. Just read the conditions for it :)

Yes! I had the same thought. I meet all of those requirements however i'm thrown off by the part that says " I am using my own earned or retirement income, which is documented using IRS Form W-2" My tax transcrips includes 2 different W2's for the past year but in this sentence on the I864EZ it doesn't include W2 in plural. Do you think 2 diffente W2s ( from 2 different jobs) is fine to submit?

yeah, you can upload for AOS but the civil documents can only be uploaded after you fill out the DS260

Oh...I couldn’t upload the AOS, civil documents and fill the DS 260 yet...

you mean that you can upload AOS documents when the fee is in process?

At least the AOS fee has to be changed to paid. But for the civil documents they will not open until you fill the DS260

Ok. I have all the uploads ready...just have to wait for payment to be processed.

I uploaded and submitted them all at once after I filled out the DS260. I done for my wife and now waiting for my mom's case number.
