hi yes i am because my wife already got it and i think when i read a link it said maybe nvc doesnt require it but the embassy does at interview...might want to double check. and i was reading some people got checklist because didnt submit urdu marriage certificate so  i think i will submit all three...

for pivot cases how do we utilize the document cover sheet? it says...

 

You MUST RETURN THIS COVER SHEET with the Petitioner's completed forms and supporting documents. Failure to do so will delay your visa(s). Please attach this page to the front of the documents for this case and mail to:

Was that emailed to you? My first email didn't have that & no cover sheet. When I check the status there is an automatic message under the "action required, submit documents" where they write about mailing docs...but thats not for CEAC cases. I didn't submit a cover sheet & there isn't a tab to upload one.

no i access this and other receipts when i go to beneficiary section on home page and click on in process under their payment section and on bottom u can print receipt and cover sheet.

I never clicked on that! I really don't know if we need to submit that. 

Anyone else going through CEAC submit that?

I don't think this is for pivot case. the COVER SHEET may help them to identify whose documents they are putting in the system when they analyzing the papers we send. I believe this is for those who mail their documents to NVC. Since Pivot cases are processed through the system, they have already the cover sheet. It would be nice if someone who got CC can explain the situation to us.

Thank you! I have been calling NVC once or twice a week. Last week they asked if I wanted to submit the case to the supervisor and I refused. I was afraid to leave one line and start a new one. In the last Friday call they informed that they had my email address from the USCIS and that I would be notified by email. Today I wake up and the email was in my inbox! So, yes, if you filled the e-mail address for the USCIS phase they are using it to send the case number. Best regards!

i called nvc and asked and guy said since im pivot i dont need to submit it

Oh goodness! Because I'm hearing impaired so I already provided my email via G-1145 with USCIS in the first place & emailed NVC few times. They did returned my emails twice. Now, I will just wait for their email with surprise.. Thanks again!

I called last week and i regret to have not said no to the supervisor spill even that i know that the supervisor thing is just a fictitious don't bored us character they have told me off the supervisor thing about 5 times in 2 months  . At least i am glad pivot cases are moving feb 2 for me almost there.
