I read all your suffering, is a hard situation. I am still waiting for a case number almost 10 weeks also and nothing. Is like the NVC knows this.... they are probably reading this forum and having a good time. Lol . On top of that i know that it will take a lot more time to wait for an interview because my embassy is like 5 months behind on scheduling.  This PIVOT system sucks it used to be a good lucky thing to be a pivot now is a nightmare there are probably  people with normal cases that arrived at nvc after ours and they have interview dates already.

Yeah actually there are and that's the sad part. I was so hopeful when I heard I will be uploading everything online - thought that meant quicker processing but it'll be exactly 10 weeks tomorrow for me since NVC received our case and nothing.

My case number was the sixth generated today...so you can get a sense of what kind of pace they are at!

I am sure you will get yours tomorrow evening!!!

thank you so much! So my understanding is that currently 125% of the federal poverty level guidelines for a family of 2 is $20,575 and I made well above this so I will go ahead and just fill out my own I-864.

Just out of curiosity - Is it possible to send in an I-864A for my mother and bring a copy of it to the interview and then later if they confirm that I am able to sponsor my husband on my own withdraw the I-864A? OR would they reject the I-864A and make it not valid or something?

you could use the i864EZ I guess. Just read the conditions for it :)

I really really hope so!!! Finally there is some progress here. I'll definitely call tomorrow at the end of the day just in case but I hope I'll receive the email prior to that.

I will be rooting for you.  Maybe when you wake up tomorrow, the welcome letter will already be in your mailbox.
